    though with white labeling the larger companies get what they want without having to acquire you - so this runs both ways

    It depends on the terms of the deal and how much of you and your value
    that is captured durig the white label phase.

    I've done biz dev from both sides of these deals, especially at
    Majestic, and I've seen it result in no need to acquire or them not
    having enough and needingto acquire.
